Newbie from Long Island, NY and Ready to Begin!
Hi All! I am a newby real estate investor living in Long Island, NY. I am a newborn photographer and mom of two seeking to embark on the journey to financial freedom, and create generational wealth. My partner has researched real estate investment for about two years and we feel ready to make our first move. I am currently eyeing two single family residences for fix and flip, one in Indiana, the other in New York. I know I still have alot to learn, but I like to take leaps of faith every now and then in life, and REI is what I see in my future.
I am SO excited to soak up all the knowledge within this community, can't wait to connect with some of you soon!

Hello and welcome. I am a fellow Long Islander and full-time real estate investor. I invest mostly out of state, but I have done a few flips on Long Island. REI has been great to me over the past few years. I would say try to reach out to as many networking groups that you can, and find some local meet-ups. We have a great REIA on Long Island that can help you with any questions you may have.
