ANYBODY KNOW IF THERE IS A TITLE FOR THE MOBILE HOME IS IT LIKE A CAR TITLE. AND THE LISTING AGENT SAID NO ONE WAS IN IT BUT MY AGENT WENT BY AND SAYS THERE IS. OH AND THERE IS A ABANDOND CAR ON THE PROPERY HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THAT LEGALLY.
