Starting out investing in real estate.

Hello all,

I’m a new to investing in real estate on my own. I have little to no money to start out investing in my own properties so I plan to whole sale until

I can build enough money to start my journey. Is there anyone else who had a similar path and have any advise to offer?

Also are there any investors in the south Jersey area that will like me to contact them once I have some properties contracted? If so please let me know the types of homes you are interested in in case I come across some that you may like.

I am also considering getting a mentor. Any thoughts on that?
