Hi all . I am due to close on a rental property in Atlanta GA June 1. I would like to connect with a property manager whom has experience with managing ABNB stays.. as well as someone who has strength in Interior Design. The property will be a MFH .

Not sure how @Paul Sandhu is pulling off "Hefner Mansion" as a theme but I'm curious to see these 23 STR so please do send me a link. I'm assuming he's referring to the Playboy Mansion and its Gothic-Tudor architecture which was primarily decorated in the early 1970's...love to see how Paul translates the Neo-Gothic style to the spaces he's renting. Am I to expect dark wood paneling, antique furniture, rich Jewel tone fabrics and tapestry bed linens scattered with accents of animal print or is this more "free-love/ Lux Bachelor pad" dark and moody with sexy artwork?
