Hey Jeffrey,

I have only added one. However, for single family homes, you can add one ADU and one JADU. With the Junior ADU, the owner must occupy some aspect of the property. That means after you move out, it would need to be absorbed into the main house.

The only time you can add 2 ADUs if you have an 8 unit property. You are allowed to have one ADU per 25% of units. For example, a 1-4 unit property can add one, whereas the 8-unit can add 2.
