Relocating to Los Angeles - Any rental recommendations?

Hello everyone! We will be relocating to the Los Angeles area this August from Boston, MA and are looking for places to rent.  Does anyone have recommendations for PM companies to lease through and/or any rental properties that are available? 

Here are some criteria:

Neighborhoods: Los Feliz, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Culver City and Santa Monica 

Bd/Bth: 1/1 or 2/1

Max Price Range: $3,000
