$400k for Duplex in Smithville, TX (NEED INSPECTION HELP!)

Hey Y'all,

I just got an offer accepted for a Duplex in Smithville Texas. I'm buying the property on an FHA loan. However, i'm not familiar with the appraisal and inspection process. Since its a multifamily, do we need a separate inspection for each unit or does it just go off of square footage?
