Seeking Reputable Turnkey Companies in Florida
Hi everyone! I'm interested in purchasing my first turnkey investment property and I'd like to buy in Florida. Does anyone have experience with reputable turnkey investment companies that offer properties in Florida? The only one I've researched so far is JWB. I'm looking for a company similar to Memphis Investment Properties - one that manages that property as well. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

More important than who you buy from is what you buy and how you buy it. Remember a house is a house no matter who is selling it. If you get an inspection and a bank appraisal it's fairly hard to lose money on a long term hold assuming you bought it at market price. From there fairly easy to choose a property manager to take it over for you. Good luck out there.
