I'm intimidated by Real estate legalese......

Hi BP Family! I am past the point of analysis paralysis and excited to jump into my first deal! I'll admit I am still a bit intimidated by all the paperwork I will need to have as both a homeowner and landlord. Do you all have any advice on how I can be sure I am crossing all my T's and dotting all I's when it comes to landlord/tenant laws in my area, zoning laws, LLCs and other legal things I should be well-versed in before making my first deal? I know that things will continue to pop up along the way and I will learn the most when I am handling my first deal first-hand, but I feel like I'm going to get into analysis paralysis again with all the information that's out there. I would appreciate any insight. Thanks in advance!
