Needed to start creating my own Revenue/Income Stream outside from work, so I started Investing in Income Properties

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found it on Zillow and Contacted the Realtor. Not much Negotiation was done, didn't know any better. But so far a good Investment, bring in Monthly Income

I could've negotiated for a better deal.
There are better ways to Invest the Money I put down like the BRRR Method but I need to learn that Method now
