Hello Everyone! My name is Nathan Cumberbatch. I am a 21 year old, recent graduate of Baylor University, based in Houston, TX. For the past six months, all I have been doing is learning about real estate, debt & financing, and plotting my strategy in getting into the real estate game. My desired niche is definitely multifamily apartment complexes, however I have decided my first investment is going to be a househack for my own place to live (so I can finally move out of my mom's house haha).
