Renting out after refinancing the primary house
I have refinanced my primary residence mortgage in March 2021. i would like to rent my current house so that i can upgrade to bigger house. My question is - can we rent out my primary house after refinancing the primary house mortgage loan in less than a year without breaking any rules. I have been in this house for more than 3 years but refinanced recently. I appreciate your response.
