Looking for investors in southeastern Michigan.
I'm relatively new to the idea of investing in real estate because I'm going to be the first in my family to choose this path over the traditional factory 9-5 job. I have spent the last 3 months reading and listening to the bigger pockets podcast, I will be purchasing income producing multi family properties and ideally would like to take advantage of the BRRRR method. I am also very young and staying in the area for my first year of college and would be willing to volunteer my time or work for anyone that is already in the field.I am looking for other investors in the area, so if you are an investor, property manager, agent/broker, contractor, etc. in southeastern Michigan please reach out!

@Jake Parsons way to put yourself out there, and I applaud your courage to take a different path than your family. Starting young will give you such an advantage! There is already a wealth of knowledge and experience amongst the people replying to your thread. I challenge you to reach out for phone calls with THREE of them this week!
