Hello from Boston
Howdy JD here,
New member from North of Boston here. Have limited experience as a landlord and have two, two family rentals (I live in one unit of the 4). I'm hoping to find more incoming properties with an occasional flip if I can figure out the financing. I have an extensive background in construction and can do everything from digging foundations to plumbing.
I'm here because I'm hoping I can learn from the far more experienced members and hopefully add something from my own experience that my help someone else.
