Hello Fellow Landlords. This time I am seeking for help for my friend. His properties in Avandale, Laveen, and Phoenix, State Arizona. He is going to some hardship with his current property manager. Please share any recommendations. Also, If you can recommend any reliable and fairly priced AC technician.
