Opinions needed for HPR placements on lots

Help! Im moving some lots here in Nashville and had some kickback. I would like to get opinions on skinny lots where two HPRs would have to be front back vs side to side.

There are front and back HPRs all over Nashville. I don’t know if they sell for the same price per SF as side by side but they do seem to sell easily
