Vacant Land Flipping - We need more friends! : )

Hi guys!
My team and I buy and re-sell vacant land....empty housing lots, and also rural land. We actually buy and sell nationwide...roughly around 3-5 properties per week.

Sometimes, when we run out of capital...we like to work with other land investors, and assign the contracts to them. Does anyone else in the land business have any interest in maybe building a relationship where we could throw some deals your way?
