I've been tuning in for a time and reading up a storm and wanted to say hello to everyone here. Fantastic site, very authentic insight.
I've been a multifamily holder for about 7 yrs now. And intend to grow. I'd like to meet other folks from the area.
I'm interested in finding the best way to expand given that my capital is in my current buildings.

Welcome to BP. Great site indeed. If you need to expand, the easiest way is to get the equity from your current holdings through cash-out refinance or obtaining a HELOC. If you're single, look to marry up. :)
