First time buyer wanting to rent property

Hi everyone! 
I’m totally new to this.I’m starting to look for properties in Miami close to where I live .The market right now is crazy so I want to make sure I find a very knowledgeable realtor that knows the in and outs of making a good deal and giving me the right information regarding loans and tactics to make sure I get the best out of my investment. 
Any recommendations about first properties? Thank you!
