Seeking Advice On Naming Website For Generating Leads

Hello all:
I want to get a website up and running. I am debating the name aspect. It will be intended as a lead generation site for the purpose of purchasing distressed properties, owner financed properties, etc. Is the alphabetization important..like starting the name with an "A" rather than a "T"? How important is choosing a name that is area specific such as napleshomebuyers, etc? I am not sold on a specific location because that may keep people from responding that don't have property in that geographic area. Any imput would be appreciated. I have someone lined up to build the site, just need to determine what route to go in choosing a name. Thanks!
