Real Estate Investing Courses (Zuber / Carson / Others?)

Hello All – I’m new to Real Estate Investing and I’m considering signing up for an online Real Estate Investing Course to help me to focus my education. That said, I wanted to ask the BP community for their thoughts / experiences on Real Estate Investing Courses and had some specific questions below:

• Michael Zuber (One Rental At a Time Course): Has anyone taken Michael’s course? Was it worth it? Pro’s / Con’s?
• Coach Chad Carson (Real Estate Start School): Has anyone taken Michael’s course? Was it worth it? Pro’s /
• Other RE Courses: Has anyone else taken any other RE investing courses? Would you recommend? Pro’s / Con’s.
