Where are my super hosts at?!

I am interested in buying a house near a ski resort in the northeast, VT specifically, to Airbnb. If you have experience with Airbnb rentals I'd love to hear about your experience, the pros/cons and what to look out for. 

My friend recommended airdna.com to get a decent idea of potential returns. Any other recommendations or real numbers from an actual property?
