Hi everyone! 

My name is Talia, just recently moved to Dallas and bought my first condo which I am planning to house hack. I am so motivated to begin working towards my next investment property and am definitely considering a second property in Dallas. Coming from CA, the prices here are astonishing! 

Would love to connect with other like minded people in the area and welcome any advice from seasoned investors, too!
