Best Mountain town in CA for Airbnb/STR

For those into STR/Airbnb in CA, what mountain towns do you have investments in and which mountain towns do you think are doing well for STR/Airbnb in terms of occupancy rates and cash flow?

I can only speak for the ones I have, but Grass Valley and Nevada City are great for STR and my units are mostly at 97% occupancy year around with great cash flow. We are considered foothills vs a mountain. If you want more info about this area - feel free to contact me.
