ADVICE NEEDED: Water leak after a foundation repair
Hello, all! We are new house flippers in San Antonio, and found out today that our current flip has a cold water leak after the foundation repair. The company that detected the leak wants to charge a minimum of $1500 just to find out where it is, and then over $2000 to repair it. OR they can replumb the whole home for just over 19K. As with any flip, we are on a tight budget and I could really use some advice on how to proceed. This is only our second flip, so we are very green! Any words of wisdom or investment friendly plumbers welcomed. TIA!

That actually sounds like a great price.
One thing, there is no investor friendly anybody. When they think you are making 30k, 40k, they want a piece of that. Not only that, plumbers get paid plenty of money for what they do. If you dont hire them, someone else will. They are super busy right now.
When you have unforeseen items come up, get them done and move on.
