Looking to pick someones brain about first-time investing
I'm in the Bay Area, looking to invest in my first property later this year. I'm looking to purchase in either Sacramento, northern Sonoma, or Santa Cruz. I'm brand new to this and would love to connect to a professional in the area.. looking to grab 15-20 minutes of someone's time, mostly so I can ask questions and get advice.. just to make sure my assumptions and view of things are correct so far. I'll add this on 3... that's where you rely on your team. Your agent, your property manager, your contractor, etc. But there are tons of threads on BP on each of those topics. The toughest part for you is going to be finding the deal.
