Build To Rent in North Carolina!

Hi All!

I'm a Realtor, Investor and Budding Developer in Greensboro, NC. I'm particularly interested in the Build to Rent Marketplace and I also like the idea of monetizing existing properties through the use of ADU's and Basement or Garage Conversions. I own a vacant corner lot in High Pt, its near a bus stop and a school. I acquired it in 2019 with hopes of building a sfh or duplex on the lot. The 2020 pandemic ultimately stalled my plans.
