Contractor needed for a Turnkey Project for a major rehab!
We need a contractor who can take a turnkey project for a major rehab of a duplex located in Houston’s East End Revitalized.
Scope: We started the rehab of the duplex but got stuck in the structural review by the City of Houston. We have now received drawings and observations from a structural engineer but the type of work we need -which includes engaging with the city of Houston- is above the capabilities of our existing contractor, who is better fit for minor rehabs. Therefore, we want to hire a new contractor with the right capabilities ASAP.
