Real Estate Accountant and Attorney

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction! I need to talk to a CPA and real estate attorney for advice. I'm getting started, just did my first deal. Looking to purchase a property in the next few months! Need to determine what to run through my LLC and what to run through my personal name. Also someone to keep my books and file for me! Any referrals in Florida?
