Best Resources for Unemployment Rate & Population Growth Trends

Hey guys, I have identified a market I am interested in and now I am drilling down and attempting to find indicators for each neighborhood and surrounding suburb. I am having a hard time finding more recent and in depth data, particularly, for unemployment rate and population growth. Does anyone have any good resources that show these indicators on the neighborhood level on an annual basis?
