Buying Land without credit or cash

Hello, 
I want to buy land but do not have the money for a down payment, and do not qualify for most loans due to insufficient credit history. 

How do you all recommend going about and purchasing this property? 

If you owned a plot of land, how could someone in my position motivate you to sell to me?
