Flipping a House that Fronts a Road with Thru Traffic

House flippers!! Would you flip a house that fronts a road that isn't MAJOR, but has a decent amount of thru traffic?? Let me know if your answer changes based on hot/cold market, amount of room for homeowner to turn their car around (don't have to backup onto street, front yard size, and expected profit (for buffer in case ARV is off).

Thanks!

Hey @Niklas Hilmoe, I'm not a flipper though I represent them. As an agent, I can tell you that homes on busy streets or frontage roads are more difficult to sell. Since markets are cooling down, you might want to factor that into the ARV.
