Why Isnt There a real estate investing game

If there was a team that developed an online game where you could simulate real estate investing, crunch numbers, find properties, and sell and lease homes it would be lucrative. I think with the right ideas, blend of realism, and marketing team it could be a project that earns a lot of money.
