Should I tear out tile flooring and replace with wood

I am new to the forum and have a question about some flooring in a home I have under contract. The home is in Louisiana and has what some would call Mardi Gras tiles in the family room, dining room and kitchen. I think this needs to be replaced to sell the house and create a larger group of potnetial buyers. Mardi Gras tile is a mutlicolor style that covers all the colors we love most here in Louisiana. Any advice? The home is a middle income family property.
