I am looking for new markets (that hoping I can either drive or fly from NY) where I can legally do rental airbitradge …rent long term to place on Airbnb. What cities are people doing this on? And what type of returns are you seeing if you care to share ? I want to choose 1 or 2 markets since NY is ilegal to do Airbnb.
