Hi, Andrew here, Located in central Missouri. Disabled/Retired Military. Looking to buy my first rental, most likely SFH, in the next 6 months as I am currently in the education phase. My investment goals include single and multifamily rentals. First locally then expanding into surrounding markets. Looking forward to being apart of the community here on BiggerPockets.
