How are you guys so in January i'm looking to buy my first investment property to sell. Im looking in the South Jersey Market, if their are other great markets in New Jersey please mention it. So i would like to have all my resources ahead of time before anything. Therefore, does anyone know or dealt with a Real Estate Investor not a regular Realtor but someone that knows a investor stand point in New Jersey.
