Greetings fellow BiggerPocketers! My name’s Josh and am a rookie real estate investor in the St. Louis, Mehlville area.

I’ve spent the past year absorbing every finance book and podcast I could get my hands on and am ready to take action. Like man of us, I've always desired wealth, freedom and security and am tired of the rat race.

I’m 30 and will be starting a family soon with my soon-to-be fiancé and want to provide the best life I can for them as well as give back to the world around me.
