inheriting house in Glendive, MT market
Hi, I am inhering a house in Glendive, Montana, and was wondering if anyone has any insight on the market and how much rent goes for? I plan on renting it out if it's in a cash flow market.

Basement:
2 bed
1 bath
1864 Square feet
Any insight would be helpful as I'm a new investor and not sure how the process works or the best approach to take. Thank you

@Isaiah Rosario so hard to say truthfully.... you could do a cash out refinance to get the money necessary for renovations but still keep your mortgage low... Just so tough to know for sure what will work. If I were you, I would just rent it for what it's worth now and take the money. Renovations are hard to get the ROI in a position where it makes sense, especially in eastern MT.
