Inspiring Investor looking to get into Rentals

Hey everyone I'm new to real estate investing. I've been doing alot of educating myself and i think the one question that stands out to me is, how do I get other investors to fund my deal when I have no money starting out, when I have no past investments for them to invest in me? And second where do you find these investors to help fund?
