Best Books on Managing Your Personal Finances

Hello everyone! 

I am searching for the best books on personal finance management, monthly budgeting and planning your big financial goals down to how much money you spend every week. Can anyone think of good books?

I see a lot of "Get out of debt" books, and a lot of longterm investment books, but not a lot of books that can take a life goal and walk you down to the weekly budget. I'm looking for something very tactical and practical. 

Please note that I am NOT looking for books on RE strategies, general financial freedom strategies, sophisticated investment strategies, or wealth building strategies. 

@Mindy Jensen, any recommendations? I've seriously thought about "Stacked: Your Serious Guide to Money Management"
