Onsite Apartment Manager in Missouri
Do apartment owners in Missouri have live in onsite managers? Are there any requirements? In CA we are required to for apartments 16 units or larger.

Hi Josh,
There are no requirements here for onsite managers, as far as living at the property. There are requirements for licensing as managers, unless the manager is the owner and leases the apartments themselves.
