Beginner in Real Estate (Rental property)
Hello all, hope all is well to everyone who is reading this, My name is Alexis I'm 20 years old and reside in Los Angeles CA. I have just started taking real estate more seriously recently so I can set my family and I financially free, however I am not quite sure on where to begin. I have been looking at a numerous of videos from a wide variety of channels and people and soaking in as much information as possible. Is there any tips anyone has out there for beginners? Is there anything I should focus on? What and what not to look for and do I go about doing so? Any tips and advice will greatly be appreciated thank! :)
