Hi All,

I'm an investor and RealtorĀ® born and raised in North Jersey, and have lived here my whole life. I'm currently in the process of getting my FL real estate license and laying down the infrastructure to invest in Tampa (I plan to split my time between NJ and Tampa for the near future). Looking to start building my Florida network with investor-agents, contractors, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and fellow like-minded individuals investing in the Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater metro areas.
