Advice/Guidance on first Wholesale deal

Hi everyone! I was wondering if there were any wholesalers out there who could message me and offer some guidance. I was recently contacted by a property owner who’s house I found by Driving for $$. I would just like a bit of guidance on the process of the deal, as it is my very first one. I have researched constantly and felt I knew most of what there is to know, but using the skills and info in real time is just different and I would appreciate some help. Thanks!
