Looking for a mentor or just someone to help in general
A little about me. I originally graduated college with a degree in real estate. Had a few properties til the crash. Now I am looking to purchase my first property and looking for a duplex or the right sfh, townhome, or apt/condo. Would really love to find someone that will help me along my journey. I have put in work and am now on the searching for a property phase and am stuck in the paralysis section. If you are an investor that would take time out to help me get that first property to start my journey, it would be greatly appreciated. Figured I would ask for the help so hopefully I can learn and have a less of a chance of buying that property that looks good but isn’t. I am located in the treasure coast area but travel ti Orlando a lot as well. I guess the location does not matter as much due to it can be simple as phone calls text or emails.
