Anyone ever add an easement to their property?

I currently own two adjacent properties, I plan to sell one in the future and hold the other. I would like to create an easement that would allow a small triangular section of land to be used as a driveway by the house I plan to keep (purpose is future ADU). Does anyone have experience getting a new easement for driveway? (not to scale, I need about 4ft of curb frontage to make the driveway).
