Investor looking for financing for triplex/ STR

I'm looking for someone who can help me secure financing for a fantastic triplex in the midtown area. The property has been used as an STR for a while. I could probably use two of the units as an STR and one as a traditional rental. I have an LLC set up, a six-figure income, great job and credit, and most of the down payment. Trying to figure out ways to save cash on the down payment and secure financing.
