I have two properties that are currently under contract in Alaska. I am looking to do a 1031 exchange into a multifamily. Looking to hear people's experiences with the below markets and anyone with recommendations for boots on the ground.

The areas I am looking into are:

Detroit, MI

Cleveland or Columbus, OH

Indianapolis, IN

San Antonio, TX

Spokane. WA

thanks

Haven

 Hey Haven,

The price to rent ratio here in Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati makes for great investments. Not to mention our appreciation has been 8% higher then the US national average, because of the high demand for affordable housing.
With big businesses being in Columbus such as Intel, Amazon, Chipotle, the Limited, and more. We have seen people flooding here. I think now is a perfect time to invest here and I help multiple clients every week get slam dunk deals.
