Austin area brrr savvy bankers
I bought a place near Austin (Lockhart) with cash at auction last year, and spent the winter doing and managing rehab. We own it outright, and its very nice and liveable now. I believe I am ready to do a cash out refi to buy another place. I want to talk to a Austin area banker who understands the bigger pockets brrr method and one who has worked with other investors here doing that. Any recommendations?
